Light gizmos aren't displaying direction/bounds when selected anymore [2018.3.5f1]

    For the last week or so, light manipulators have stopped rendering in my project.
    This is making it very difficult to light, especially in scenes where I have to use area-lights.

    This appears to be a problem specific to the current project I'm working in. If I switch to a different project in the same version of the editor (2018.3.5f1), the lighting direction indicator display exactly as expected:

    All of my gizmos are enabled. I have no idea how to fix this, but it's completely blocking me.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    To clarify, this is happening for all light types: Area, spot, directional, and point

    Same here, what the hell, its making it really hard to work with any lights at all. version 2019.1.3

    Cant do a friggin thing with lights as the gizmos are all gone. I've attempted to wipe library and project settings , but no luck , its just mucked.
