From what I can see in that screenshot, the solid blue is just you looking at the sky, however, I'm not sure about the lamp.

No man, that isnt the sky. in the Scene window you can see the spotlight with a grey circle. the circle is the range of the spotlight. And in the Game window you can see that grey circle from above but in solid blue. And dont iluminate the scene! . After update to unity 4 worked well! :S

    HELP PLEASE!!!!

Have you tried putting new spotlights? Are they working? When you select the spotlight in the editor, what components does it display on the inspector?

Do you still have the old project before you imported it? It's always a good idea to backup your project regularly, because situations like this (sadly) happen a lot.

Is the same effect happening in a brand new project started in Unity 4.2?

If it does, then it's a bug you might not be able to work around for now. It's best to notify the unity people of that bug so that they can fix it in a future release.

If it doesn't, then it's a bug with the import settings, in which case you should still notify the Unity people. In this case you can try creating a new project, add all your assets again, and see if the problem is fixed.

That's all I can say to help, since I've not encountered the issue myself.
