Light Cookie brightness per light.

Just got this thought when working with light cookies today.
Wouldn't it be useful to have brightness of a cookie set per light ?

Than we would not have to create multiple cookies for hard and soft cookie shadows.
Or hack it with two lights at the same position, one without a cookie.
