    Hi Mike here. I am an IT instructor in an Australian TAFE college (a community college/post-secondary tech college) where we are considering introducing a game development course.

    I've applied for some Unity licenses under the Education Grant license, but am wondering is there is any way to contact an actual person with whom licensing details can be discussed. Seems almost impossible to contact a human @ Unity?

    I'm having no luck contacting Unity about education licences. My requests seem to be going into a black hole. Is this normal with Unity?

    Best to talk to Unity is through the customer service form: https://support.unity.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=65905
    Since it is still COVID and all, their response times may be longer than expected.
