We've been having issues from time to time with pulling updates from collab. I've noticed that people have trouble around the time someone else adds a script that requires a license per person.

Has anyone noticed this behavior, or do you have any info on the subject of license enforcement in Unity projects?

    Thanks,
    Miles

There is no enforcement. It is version control, not version law enforcement.
It is probably a bug though, as assets that generate assets ie Alloy could be problematic. Do you have any more details which assets cause the issue? And what actually is the issue?
