License problem.

Hi everyone,

I've recently made some changes on my computer ( disk partitions, SO license) and now when I'm starting unity, the launcher does not start the engine because the license (personal) is not available anymore with the new computer changes, i've got that message.

I tried to re-activate the licence with the launcher, but i've not been able to complete the activation, I get stuck on a form where is asked to choose unity pro or personal, I can't go on with the button next, the launcher does nothing, it's stuck.

I've tried to re-install the whole engine : same issue

I've tried to register a new account :same issue

is there something cached on my computer which possibly cause that?

Could I have some support on this , did anyone else have the same issue?

I am getting a similar issue but later in the pipeline, I was able to select the licence type, fill in details however when submitting the survey it does not progress to the project list. Instead it displays the survey again and the "OK" button appears to have no effect when selecting it again.

 

I have the same issue here, and I went to this process for many times, I have attached what I have, and it is still the same issue here >.<
