Question License problem - [API_ERROR] Error response:{}

    Hello,
    I want to activate the personal edition license manually at https://license.unity3d.com/manual,
    When I upload .alf file, the website has this error [API_ERROR] Error response:{}.
    Does anyone know how to solve this situation?
