Question License issue

    When i try to return my Iicense it says Failed to return the license. Please try again.
    Currently i think my unity HUb is not recognizing license. Bec i am getting Curl 56 error and
    Curl error 35: Cert handshake failed.
    Also cant connect to any unity services. Tried reinstalling unity Hub but still having same issue
