Feedback License issue with bad internet connection

    I have a bad Internet connection and so every now and then I can not open a project at all with Unity showing a message "No valid Unity Editor license found" and option to Exit or Open Hub.

    This is quite annoying especially since I'm on a free license. Why do you even have to go online to verify that?

    Best part is I can disable my network totally and then open the project without Unity complaining about my license.

    This was happening on v2 of hub and now on latest v3 beta too.
