License is not for this version of Unity

    I have been working with Unity Hub on a Free license and had multiple projects in the hub with different Unity Editor versions.

    Today, I activated a Unity Plus license, and now the Hub always tells me "License is not for this version of Unity" when I try to open or create projects. After I re-activate, it does the same thing.

    I have the same issue. I had Plus licence before installing Unity Hub (for Mac).
    Every time I open Unity Hub it tells me "License is not for this version of Unity". I can re-activate using my serial number and than it works ok. Its just rather inconvenient.

    same here (pro license).
    each time I open the hub it shows the attached screen.

    I manually go to https://id.unity.com/en/subscriptions and copy the serial key.

    I have these versions located (not installed from the hub):
    - 2018.1.0b4
    - 2018.1.0b3
    - 2017.3.0f3 (preferred)
    - 2017.2.0f3
    - 2017.1.2f1
    - 2017.1.0f3

    Hi,
    We are currently working to fix those license issues. At the next Unity Hub update, if you still encounter the issue, please let us know.

    Hello,

    I am getting this error too. Unfortunately, this also hinders the ability to run Unity from the command line to do batch mode operations. :(

    Is there any ETA for the fix?

    we just pushed an update, please report if you still see the issue after your received the notification that your hub was updated
