Guys, if someone can help me ...

The following error message appears: There was a problem validating the license because the operating system identification seems to have changed.

Yes, i formatted my OS and change it (windows 7 -> windows 8.1), but even uninstalling and installing again (hint of unity support), the same messagem appears. So, how i can solve this?

Hello! :D Sorry for the troubles. This will be an easy fix, just follow these instructions very carefully:

    1. If you logged in -> Log out
    2. Close Unity
    3. Open Unity
    4. Login
    5. Enter license info if asked
    6. Done

Steps 2 and 3 are important. <insert IT Crowd gif here> hehehe Let me know if that helps!!

Not worked... My license is free, and i know that i can't use it twice, because the unity should think that i'm in another computer. So, maybe if i clean the registers or something of type, can be that fix this error, but i don't know how do it. If nothing work, i think i'll make other register for get other free license...

I'm sorry if my english is bad, it's so different than portuguese :)

Your English is great!! My Portuguese is not. :D So sorry that didn't help! Let's try this:
    Delete this file: C:/ProgramData/Unity/Unity_****.ulf

It is hidden by default so you may have to show hidden files first. To do that:
    1. Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
    2. Click the View tab.
    3. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
Let me know if **THAT** works. :D

Finally work! I tried following your hint, but i don't find the file, even after of change the options. Then i did that:

    1. I opened the unity.exe options and change the compatibility for "windows 7" and enable to execute as administrator, because the last installation was in windows 7, and i fix this error.

Thanks so much for your help!
