License Error starting Unity Hub

    Yesterday, I re-activated my Plus license on one of my machines which had previously been activated, but then somehow became inactive.

    This morning the Unity Hub says "false" when it starts and tells me to re-activate my license. I re-activated again, but it still makes me do this every time I look at the "Projects" tab in the Unity Hub. I can load the editor separately without issue.

    This is still happening on my Windows installation.

    Could you please send me your logs (through private conversation) so we can investigate the problem.
    You may find it in %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs

    Hi @sharkapps ,

    Could you please run the Hub as administrator and see if the error still occurs please ?

    Hi @mathieub,

    The error did not occur just now when I tried to run it as administrator, however I am also seeing today that the Hub is working today even without running as administrator.

    Alright then @sharkapps , good to hear that you don't face the error anymore. Let me know if this comes back. I'll be investigating your logs anyway to get the bottom line.

    Experiencing the same issue here with Unity Hub 0.18.1 - keeps showing the License Error screen on launch even after running as Administrator - what gives?

    I'm having the same issue, running as administrator does not work at all Unity Hub 0.18.1
