License an unlicensed asset

I downloaded an unity project that has assets that I didn't bought.(I don't think that's piracy)
Now I start to buy some of the assets but I don't want to replace the prefabs, textures, materials from the project. Can I extract an license file from the bought asset and replace with the license file that's not legit from the project.

This would depend on how/where you downloaded the Unity project and if those assets are from Asset Store or another 3rd party marketplace
