Feedback Licence won't activate...... until a reboot

Top job after all these years *STILL* having paid for licences that simply stop working for unknown reasons with cryptic messages in the hub log and which only ever seems to lead to having to have the key revoked then a new one assigned. But of course.... the Hub refuses to accept the new licence until the dev remembers that for some obscure reason a reboot is required. Why? Why the reboot? It's 2022. Top job Unity.. well done for wasting developers time. *Slow hand clap*
