Level of mature of Unity3d for specific tasks.

Hello Guys,

I would like to ask for help to you about the following, I'm evaluating what game engine (Unity3d or UE4) is better to perform these objectives:

-. Related to networking tasks: Make a co-op (2 players) game, local and multiplayer (without external frameworks). One of the players is the hosting (without external server).

-. Related to platforms: PC and PS4, considering the implementation of the first objective (no cross platform).

You know some about the mature level about Unity to perform these tasks? Also, Do you know some concrete game examples released or in development performing the described features?
