I like the concept, and the geometry of the level looks good. The texture are not really appealing, but maybe it's still a work in progress. For the controls, I was confused most of the time since the controls are relative to the character like the old resident evils, except you don't really know the direction he will move since the mouse controls where the robot is facing. Did you consider making the movement relative to the camera like most twin stick shooter?

We meat again tank controls, my old nemesis!
Srly, you should really consider rethinking your control scheme, means either change to movement relative to the mouse or to the word/cam orientation.
But about the lvl design itself: I quite like it, and I don't even mind the simple textures, even tough the mix between the normal mapped material for the floor and the flat materials for the rest does look kinda odd. What I really like is the color scheme. Orange + gray makes a very interesting mix and is interesting to look at.

Keep going, lots of potential here!

Filling those empty spots seems like a much better idea.

As far as the art style goes, yes it's minimal, but it works.

I actually don't mind the tank controls, but you should tighten up the speed a bit so you can aim and turn faster.

This could be fun, I don't think you should change the controller at all, except maybe a little tweak-age.

Sometimes, the controls being something different form the norm is what makes the game.
As long as the scheme is workable, and I think this one does just fine.

As far a graphicly, I like the style you are going for; may I suggest you could add some elements that added some variety without much work, like some flashing lights on some of the equipment, or some of the wall devices having moving parts?

Very nice, i like the style. Has a cool retro feel to it. The controls are a little confusing like some have mentioned. But still cool work.
