Lesson Condundrum!

Hello! New to Unity as of a few days ago. I am working on the initial Pathway and have run into a problem. Not sure if it's my fault or what, but hoping a quick solution is available.

Today, I started Code in the default script in Explore Unity. It says to use the Floor is Lava Project done previously. I have not come across this lesson. I was unable to find it via Unity but found the tutorial through Google.

This tutorial calls back to 2 different tutorials done previously, and again, I have not come across these: Add components to 3D GameObjects and Add physical properties to 3D GameObjects. I went to do these tutorials and they call back to other stuff that I have not yet learned. I would like to get back on track ASAP but I have not been able to find that track yet.

Where would I find the parent section that covers Add components to 3D GameObjects and Add physical properties to 3D GameObjects and leads to the Floor is Lava project?
