Legs Going Through Wall When Latching On

I don't know if anyone else has followed this tutorial, but I can not figure out at all what I have done wrong. Basically as you can see from the tutorial, when the player jumps up on the wall, he latches onto it. I've got all that working, but for some reason my legs go through the wall. Does anyone have any insight as to why this may be happening. So far I've checked the box collider and script. It seems like an easy problem to fix, I just can't figure it out.
