A coworker sent me link to this today.

It is well... uh... unique to say the least. Graphics are amazing. I found more on the development here:

It appears it is being created in Unity.

HA! Pretty much my initial reaction.

 

I'm going to go and start a petition to get this game on every platform. I want this on iOS, Android, OUYA, mac, PC, consoles, stuff that hasn't been invented yet, hell, even my washing machine.

 

zombiegorilla: Yup, with Unity indeed

Paradigm-SW: I would love to put Knightwasher on all platforms, but... Porting to iOS, Android and OUYA would require crazy amounts of optimization and sacrifice of visual quality. I don't think I want to do that.. including that even if I did, the physics would still kill performance :<

 

When I saw the title of the thread, I thought it was some major typo.

Kudos! That video made the rounds at our studios, and just about everyone reacted the same way: bewilderment > enjoyment > desire. Can't wait for it to come out. Fantastic work on concept and execution.

Have to say, this is damn impressive. The mix of the lush dioramas, the quirky humor, and the overall way that it all just seems to work...it's damn impressive.

 

A couple of things come to mind:
1 - when you place four of your fingers on a surface, with the middle finger extended so that it looks like an elephant, and they you...
amuse your 2 year old baby with said elephant.
2- is this a new form of boxing?

Not a bad idea though, this is original and quirky enough to work.
