Legality of Using Second Life MarketPlace Textures?

    Second life's marketplace seems to be the only place with quality low-rez animated textures. Does anyone know what the legality is for using them in games instead of in second life?

    That's not quite what you are after. It forbids sellers from selling digital content exclusively for use outside of second life. But it doesn't specify that digital content on the market place can't be sold for use inside second life and use outside.

    There is probably a license somewhere that covers this.

    You could always message the seller and ask them, as long as they aren't just reselling someone else's.
