Legacy to Humanoid Causing Animation Problems

    When changing the animation from Legacy to Humanoid it rotates the animation.

    Legacy:
    $Legacy.png
    Humanoid:
    $Humanoid.png

    Why is it doing this, because this works on other animations?
    Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
    I am working with the Unity Bootcamp project that can be downloaded for free in the Asset Store.
