Legacy Sprite Packer - quality, texture type

    Hello, in my new game I have enabled legacy sprite packer (using Unity 2017.3)

    However I have noticed that on Android, sprite packer packs textures into: RGBA compressed ETC2 8 bits and on iOS into RGBA compressed PVRTC 4 bits

    on iOS it results in very noticeable drop in quality, would anyone advise how can I change texture type it packs into please?

    Is there a special reason why you are using the legacy sprite packer? The new sprite atlases are much better.

    I just did, and indeed its much better (previously I thought it works just like legacy one and I was wondering why it does not, but after studying docs and some older release notes it works well)
