Learning speed is too fast. How do I deal with it?

I'm learning. But the learning speed is too fast.
In previous versions, you could manipulate the parameters of Academy and modify them, but this time, all parameters in Academy disappeared. How can you adjust the speed of learning?

These parameters were removed from the Academy and are now configured on the commandline of mlagents-learn.
