I haven't built with Unity in a while so thought I'd go through a few tutorials to refresh my memory.
However, I tried loading several of the LEARN projects into 2019.2.3.f.1 and none of them would open.
I received an error message that I needed to install version 2019.1.
All of these recommend v 2019.1 or 2019.2...
So, WHY recommend Unity versions that the tutorials won't run in?

What error message did you get.
Unity will show a warning message if the project and the editor version do not match.
If the project should be compatible with a newer version then the original Project files you can ignore the warning.

Can't ignore the warning... Can't bypass the error message... Can't load the project...
Notice that the <OPEN PROJECT> is greyed out and the error message is at the bottom...
I have Unity 2019.2.3.f.1 installed with Unity Hub 2.1.0.

    Same error with:
    Creator Kit: RPG
    Creator Kit: Puzzle
And several others but with different version requirements.

Ok sorry i had another simular error in mind.
Looks like you have to open the project first with the designated version.
