Layout is not kept

    Hi,

    I'm new to Unity3D and I'm learning to develop my own 2D game for now. I use Ubuntu OS 21.04 with KDE and nVidia RTX 2060.

    I created my own layout for windows and save it. However when I re-open Unity window types are kept but not their relative width.

    So before re-opening it looks like that:

    I uploaded 2 screenshot (before and after re-opening unity) to make you understand my issue, as I do not know how to fix it.

    the inspector panel i think (but not sure) it will revert to default width automatically. this is probably not a bug but a result of the inspector panel not remembering the custom width by design.

    It would be weird that just this panel has such behavior

    can you remove the inspector panel and add some other panel in it place and then save the layout and see if it does the same thing?

    I tested what you said and nothing changed.
    I removed the inspector and saved the layout and next re-opened the interface... still the same issue under Ubuntu 21.04.

    So the problem is somewhere else.
