Bug Layer Mask popup error Unity 2022.2.10

    I am using the latest version of the URP package in my project.
    When I want to select the desired layer, which should be the last one, I get an error.

    I can't select the layer I need and arrange the desired sequence of layers.
    I consider the error critical! Repeats consistently.
