We have a massive project and very excited to give collaborate feature a run for its money. :) Are there any known issues around large projects? Just curious. Small projects seem to work very well. Not sure about large ones yet. :)

    Hi Runnerman!

Here's the list as of now:
    • Currently (beta 14) there are some performance issues with very large numbers of files. This has been addressed and should hit beta release soon.
    • If your project contains over 6,000 files (including .meta files and any other hidden files), the initial uploading will need to be done in batches. Unity will let you know that it is only publishing 6,000 files and you will have to publish again until you don't see that warning anymore.
    • If your project is over 15GB, please be aware that there will most likely be a cost associated with the project when we're out of beta! (see the FAQs at the bottom of https://unity3d.com/collaborate)
    • Initial upload and download times will be subject to your bandwidth and connection, so that may take some patience.
Other than that, bring it on!

Right on! Its working out so far! One thing we notice is there is a slight hang on Unity when clicking collab button or clicking publish now button. Once that is over we restart Unity and it works fine.

Nice! I think that hang is part of the "performance issues". Should improve in the coming weeks.
