Lag Unity

    Hy
    I've got a new PC and i have some issue with unity. I mean mainly graphics bugs in different menu and the worst very big lag in the scene and game editor in unity. I've test with empty project and it seams keep going like this. I've uninstall and install several time and that does'nt work.
    Any idea ??

    What kind of video card, how much memory, what OS?

    it's not from my hardware (or very unlikely) i've got a gtx 1070, 16G in ram and i run on windows 10

    try keeping vsync to Every second or V blank everytime from Edit > Player setting > QUality settings
