Keywords help people search by helping google index your game. Like, "runner" for an infinite runner, "adventure" for an adventure game, "Racer", "cars", "tuning" for a racing game, etc

Yes I understand this. But how do I use them? Just write a description and add to it for example "race"? for example: "a lot of text RACE a lot of text"? Or should I use some symbols? How do you know what this keyword is? The simple fact is that I wrote a pretty big description for my game, but the sensor tower site does not show that they are there.

Generally these things are setup like

Race, Car, Racing Game, Cars, Racing, Race Tracks, Tracks, Fast Cars, Sports Cars.

Notice the 'commas', that's generally how you separate keywords everywhere.
I haven't used Android in quite some time, so perhaps you can't do it this way.
But it's generally the status-quo to separate with comma's.

So if i want to add for example Race keyword i need separate it by comma? if i write without comma - "download this cool race game" - it will no detect Race keyword?

I don't think you understand.. no one sees keywords, they're only for the search engine for indexing

There should be a specific area for Keywords, you don't put it in the description or anything.
There should be a Keywords box, just use single or two words then seperate by a comma for each keyword.

The part to pay attention too is 'Key Word' So don't do "Mega ultra racing game in Las Vegas" Instead do something like "Ultra Racing Game, Racing Game, Ultra Racing, Las Vegas, Mega Racing, Vegas Racing, Racing Games"

EDIT: Always try to use the shortest keyword as you can, using 3 words may not work out well, but it ultimately depends on what the topic is.

The specific area for keywords is only in AppStore as i know.
I am asking about Google Play - I have been published 2 games, but never seen this area for keywords. As I read in different topics in internet that the description in Google Play is indexing and there you can use your keywords. But dont know how correctly use it and why my keywords dont shown in sensortower.

Ah okay, not sure then, sorry. Haven't done Android in years.
