Keyboard shortcuts have stopped working

    None of the Transform (Scale/Rotate/Move) tool key shortcuts (W, E, R, etc.) work anymore, this happened (seemingly) randomly.
    Also "F" no longer does anything by itself (Shift+F does though), basically everything is messed up. I uninstalled Unity and reinstalled and same problem. I'm really at a loss for what to do, has anyone else experienced this?
    I would greatly appreciate some help.

    This is with 5.1.2.f1

    I'm running Windows 8.1
