Just downloaded Unity and having problems

Im new here and I just downloaded Unity and when I click on the unity and start a project to do the tutorials, some of the assets images do not show up above their names while other assets show an image. I cannot finish the tutorial as I cannot find hoverbot.

My new pc is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15.6 inch 12th gen intel i7 core 1255u laptop.

By "assets images" - do you mean in Project Window inside Unity?

 

yes. some do not load up the image and I cannot tell what it is unless I click on that item.

 

I also have this problem when starting up a new project and click on 3D. Here is the image...

 

Sort your PC/Internet out, sounds like problems at both ends.
