Junior Developer Bonus Features 2

Hello,
im new to unity so i would checkout the Junior Developer Path. It was realy good!
But now im on the Bonus Feature 2 - Expert. I had some trouble so i looked into to Step by Step document...
i did all of the step by step instructions for the slider (healthbars). But if i add the prefab to one of the animals the slider is huge or very small .
I got it why... its scaling with the scale of the parent (animal). but i didn't get a solution how to display the slider always in same size without paying attention to the scale of the animal.
Is there something missing in the instructions or did i miss anything?
