Bug Jittery movement is fixed only when moving the cursor to a specific portion of the main monitor

    Hello,

    This is just a demo I use to show the functionalities of my library (some of you may recognize this as an old demo unity) so I won't care too much about this problem.

    However, I noticed a curious behaviour: the character movement is jerky. Reducing the time scale I noticed that in fact it jumps several pixels. Other characters that are not physic based are instead smooth (they move with nav mesh).

    That's where It gets super weird: moving the cursor to a specific portion of the main monitor fixes it. Check the video to understand what I am talking about:

    P.S.: I can repro this with the latest 2020 LTS and the latest 2021 LTS. I can send a bug report if you wish, but only if you have no clue about what's going on.
