JetBrains Rider Editor possible bug?

    Hi,

    I'm running latest Unity, and JetBrains Rider Edition is installed. When I add a reference in Assemblies-CSharp in Rider, edit a file, any file, click save, the newly added references disappear. If I keep Unity closed, this doesn't happen. It looks like the issue occurs because Unity is recreating the project files?

    P.S. Happens on all versions of Unity bar beta and alpha; i've not tested on them,
