Itunes Connect - Manually release of an update

    Hi,
    I have a question about manually release of an update.
    For example I have a game with version 1.0. with status Ready for Sale.
    I upload a new build with version 1.1 and I set manually release for this version.
    I'll wait until the new version will be approved. I want to release the new version for example after to two weeks. Will be the version 1.0 still ready for sale and will it be seen in the App Store? I'm not sure but in the past when I set the release date of an update at the future my current version of the game disappeared from App Store.

    Yes, version 1.0 will still appear in the store.

    One last question.
    Can I upload a new update without released the previous update ?
