Question Items in Grid Layout is big on small screens

    I have this problem: In the Simulation window in Unity, everything is shown normally (1 screenshot), but when I build the application and run it on my phone, all the items are too big there (2 screenshot). The rest of the UI elements in the application are the same there and there. How can i fix this problem?

    I use Grid Layout Group
