Issues with Unity Learn

    I’ll start by saying that I have contacted customer support via unity’s website 2 weeks ago and have received no reply.

    Here’s the problem:
    I signed up for the certified developer course back in October. Paid $150 for 3-month access. I did not manage to finish the course so earlier this month I paid another $150 for another 3-month period. Problem is I can’t access the course content!! I have the confirmation email, they took my money, and I did NOT get what I paid for. Like I said above, contacted customer service to no avail. Can’t find a phone number to call. At this point I’d be just as happy with a refund and take my business elsewhere.

    Does anybody have an idea for who I need to contact or where to even look? I’m at my wits end and not willing to call it a loss, I want my $150 back .
