    Hey guys

I've built a couple of textured assets. I would like to sell them on the Unity Asset Store.

I have sent the package to be checked and received the following email.

"Thanks very much for your submission to the Asset Store.

'Asset Set - Gradient Ocean' has been declined.

You must include a .prefab file for each .fbx or .obj file in your package. Please create a .prefab for each .fbx or .obj with each option of textures and materials and put them within your folder structure. Please use a Prefabs folder to hold all of your .prefab files. (https://unity3d.com/asset-store/sell-assets/submission-guidelines, Section 4.1.e) "

    - I created a .prefab for every single .fbx. (I'm not sure I did this right)
    - 41 .prefabs share one material and one texture.
    - I created a folder structure for the .prefabs
    - I created a sample scene (I am not sure if that is allowed)

My package was rejected anyway ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). I've attached pictures from my project. Can you tell me what is wrong here? I only recently started using Unity. Please forgive me if I have made gross mistakes.

    Thank you very much

i think it needs actual folder named prefabs/ where those are then placed.

not sure what is better to separate them:
    Coral/Prefabs/
    or
Prefabs/Coral/ *maybe i'd personally use this way

Thanks, I changed the naming accordingly. Is there anything else?

Hi, I've had the same problem. Did you find out how to fix it?

Not yet. I've rearranged my folders, but I don't know if that's enough. I hope to get more input from the community.

Note that even if you follow all the guidelines Unity may still reject your assets for whatever reason they feel like.

Hi, I also ran into such a problem.
I've sorted all the materials, models and textures into separate folders, but I don't understand what I need to upload to the prefabs folder.
Can you please tell me what should be in the Prefabs folder
