    Hello to everybody. ;)
I'm a new entry in the unity forum and I have some issues with some 3ds max models.
I tried to build some 3d models with 3ds max, using the materials in the autodesk material library.
I tried to export these models as fbx file and to import them in unity, but it accepts only the meshes.
I know that there is a script called autodesk material converter that I can use to convert these materials as arch and design materials, but it's not free. Is there another way to solve this problem?
    Thank to everybody for help.

If you export with FBX it should bring these materials and their channels over for you; what file type are you using? I wouldn't recommend it over using baked textures and assigning them to the standard Unity node though, otherwise you'll find the performance impaired!
