Issue with Texture Getting Washed out on iOS

    I'm having a weird issue with a texture on my device that is not consistent with what is shown in the editor. It's a small issue so luckily it's not slowing down development but I would like to get it fixed before I get closer to release.

    The issue is mainly with a black tile floor texture that gets almost completely washed out when playing the game on my iPhone. In the editor (using the "Metal Editor Support") the texture appears with the correct color. I have tried re-baking my lights and re-importing. I have also tried changing the material from unity Standard to legacy Default. Nothing seems to work. Since the texture appears the way its supposed to in the editor, its hard to pin down what the issue is. The really weird thing is that it only gets washed out in certain areas of the level (as shown in the screenshots). In other areas of the level, the texture appears as it should.
