Issue with target framerate and iOS devices

    Hi.

    Setting target framerate to 60 results in:

    iPad Air: 30 frames per second.
    iPhone 6+: 60 FPS.

    Setting it to 30 results in:

    iPad Air: 60 FPS.
    iPhone: 30 FPS.

    What's going on!?

    I find that setting the framerate through

    Screen.SetResolution()

    isn't buggy on iPads, have yet to test on iPhone.
