issue with Rpg Character Animator

I am using the asset RPG Five Main Characters from Picturefry Games. Animations are already applied to the character. As you can see in the first screenshot. The one issue is if i hit play, the character just runs and doesn't play the other animations.
2nd issue is am following a rpg tutorial. Adding animator to the player. As you can see in 2nd screenshot. The issue here is only allow me to add idle. Will not let me had any other animations to it. Anyone help. I have contracted Picturefry Games. They have never replied.
