Issue with Oculus integration (v 1.26.1 and 1.27.0) in Unity 2018.1.6/2018.2

    Hi,
Is there a known compatibility issue with the latest version of the Oculus plugin and Unity?
When I create a new project in Unity 2018.1.6 or 2018.2 and download the Oculus integration package from the asset store (v 1.26.1 or 1.27.0), the editor won't open anymore after closing the project. However, if I paste the content of the Oculus integration package v 1.25.0 (copied from an older project), it works fine in both Unity 2018.1.6 or 2018.2.
Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?
    Thanks!

afaik, there are no known issues with the Oculus Integration package and the latest 2018.2 builds should have 1.26.1 included with them already. We're currently updating to 1.27.0 for newer builds and we've seen no issues yet. It might be worth asking on the Oculus forums if anyone has run into issues with the package, or you could check your Editor log for any error messages related to the package loading.

Does it crash on startup of the project, or does it throw errors to the console?
