Issue with multiple versions of Unity on Windows

    I have two versions of Unity installed on my Windows10 PC:
    Unity 2017 and Unity 2018

    When right clicking on .unity scene file and choosing "Open With", and manually selecting the Unity 2017 Unity.exe, after clicking open, Unity/Windows still attempts to launch the Unity 2018 editor.

    Any ideas on what the issue could be?

    I've never been able to get scene files to open with anything but the highest version of Unity. It's either a Unity bug or else a Windows or OS bug.

    I recommend instead installing UnityHub and doing all your opens from there.
