Issue: Collaborate and Timeline

I am working on a Unity project with a colleague. The colleague is working on a Timeline. Even though I haven't touched the Timeline, Collaborate often tells me that I have to publish it because he thinks I've changed it. This sometimes corrupts the Timeline, particularly when the colleague has edited it and publish their update and I publish the fake Collaborate update even though I haven't actually edited the Timeline.
It is really frustrating!
