[ISSUE] Cloud build hanging at project checkout stage (Git via Bitbucket)

    Description of issue: Cloud build is repeatedly hanging/failing at the project checkout stage. Builds will get stuck on the "GIT: Checking out..." line and will eventually be cancelled by the build system after many hours. For the last 3 days this is occurring about 50% of the time. Our project is hosted on Bitbucket as a Git repository. Bitbucket reports no service outages, and we haven't had any problems using the repo in this period.

    @Huacanacha did you ever get a resolution to this? we're using SVN but also seeing arbitrarily-long checkout times. sometimes the whole build only takes 20 minutes, sometimes it hangs on checkout and gets cancelled after a few hours.

    the asset directory is slightly over 2gig, which isn't unreasonable imo.

    It was resolved but I can't recall how (may have been related to git LFS, which wouldn't affect you with SVN). I suggest opening a support ticket.
