Issue clicking on anything in the unity interface.

    My issue is unity itself, in that I cannot click on any menus in unity or right click as well. Such as when I click on the drop down menus at the top like (File, edit, assets, gameobject, ext.) it does not drop anything down. However I can click on random things such as (collab, cloud, services, and drag assets into scene and move scene around)

    I have run into this issue with an older version of unity 2017 then I just installed a the latest unity to see if that would fix my issue, but with no success. If anyone has any leads to how to fix this I would be greatly appreciative. I have looked all over and cannot find a solution. Note I have had it working fine for months when I first started getting into unity mid 2017.
