    Hi there,

After widely testing the Unity Ads I see that sometimes (I don't really understand when or why), the IsReady returns false. I have tested this with various iOS\Android devices.
The internet connection is very stable so it's not related to that...

I can say for sure that the amount of times that IsReady is false is around 50-70% of the times I check it..

Please let me know if this is intended.

    Thanks,
    Lidan

    Hello Lidanh,

Are you using test ads or live ads, in which country you are testing ads?

Keep in mind if you are testing with live ads, it has limits according to country and showing count. You cant continously show the same ad in short time. Its also mentioned in Faq.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I have tested with the test environment, and I changed to live just now before the upload to the store.

I don't understand one thing - have I reached the country limit (Israel)? or the device limit?
Because I saw around 4-5 ads since I installed it on a fresh device and then I stopped seeing them.
What is the logic around this area?

    Thanks,
    Lidan

    Hello again,

Its campaign limit, you can see same ad once a day with same device.

    Close enough,

There is actual algorithm behind the scenes that decides when the user (=the same device) can re-watch the same ad. Actual times might vary between one to eight hours of cooldown.

This limitation does not apply to test-mode.

    Cheers,
    Heikki

As I'm totally new to use Ads, im wondering: if im getting this right, the fill rate (target market: India) would be a problem for me, if i want to use Video Ads as reward.
That would mean if I'm only sometimes getting the isReady Event, i cannot give the user a constant reward experience.
    Is this right?

    Thanks for any hints,
