Isometric world! Isometric world gives you the opportunity to create beautiful and powered isometric worlds. You can use the following ready prefabs huge number of rocks, cliffs and stones many trees, crops, and other things of nature landscape prefabs (water, rock, desert ...) enviroment divided meshes (rocks ..) so you can rotate parts of the mesh beautiful water effects awesome reflections smooth animations play with shadows I want people to create some piece of art so they can create beautiful isometric games. The main focus of this toolkit is it to make smooth animated wonderful little worlds. You can create your own unique world. I would prefer wether you can give me some feedback! [Coming soon on the asset store] (With much more details and models than in the pictures)
@b4c5p4c3 Thank you for your feedback! I created a little water demo. The water is full customizable. You can change: color (with random offset) alpha value (with random offset) speed and height wave form (curve editor) reflection value triangle size (subdivide) (Sorry for very bad video quality but higher values are not allowed)
OMG, this is exactly what I'm looking for. I tried out PolyWorld but it didn't do the things I needed it to. Can I ask you a couple of questions? 1). Will this be optimize for mobile devices? 2). Are the prefab in 2d or 3d? 3). Can I create my own prefab? 4). Can I create a whole level/map from it? 5). Can I saved the level/map as a data structure, so load the load/map when the player clicks on it (This might be a dumb question, I don't know how Unity optimize prefab when it's exported to mobile devices). 6). How does the prefab snap together? I want to create uneven grounds so I'm worried the edges might not aligned right. like this http://ludumdare.com/compo/wp-content/compo2/342546/5172-shot0.png
@miken619 1. I have no experience with mobile devices but I'm looking forward to learn it. 2. There are in 3d and I will try to use different textures (atlas) so you can have more than one theme. 3. Yes you can. All models are seperated in prefabs. 4. Yes, this is the main aspect from the models. 5. I think this should be possible. 6. I know this problem but I work on a tool that modifies the vertices that the edges match
