    So, gekauft :)

    Can you please make a tutorial on how to use your asset with a mobile controller? You wrote somewhere that there is a way with a other asset in market?

    The AI behaviour is very simple at the moment, but i will include the possibility of target points where a NPC can go to, similar to a patrol.

    that would be great! Oh and maybe for a later update / feature. How about a Online Highscore List?

    Sure, I will think about it. There should be some highscore APIs out there which could be used. I will check it.

    Preview of upcoming patrol mode.



    NPCs in patrol mode move along predefined waypoints. They ignore them as soon as the player comes inside the attack distance. In that case the NPCs attack the player.

    Thank you for your question. I have not checked the new UI yet, but i will do for one of the next releases of Isometric Shooter.

    The new update is almost ready for submission, including ...

    ... "Wolfenstein" like setting


    ... exploding obstacles (configurable)


    ... more ready-to-use materials.

    The multiplayer part is on schedule for quite a time now, but without success at the moment. I am afraid, it will still take a while to achieve a state i am satisfied with. But one time, it will come and enrich the package.

    - The transparency of objects when the avatar is behind
    - inventory (medic, weapon, ammo and armor)
    - torch lighting (on/off) when is night
    - Multiple projectiles per shot
    - camera detection (like Commando)

    Hi,

    My feedback of gameplay.

    I think you need to add intermediate screen for recap the objectives for campaign mode or objectives recap on select screen map for skirmich mode.

    I explain: currently, the map is finished when kills are reached. But the gamer don't know the objectives.

    You are right. That's why for the next release i have inserted a subtitle to the map name to explain the main task of the map.

    - why all maps in same scene ? I fear a problem of memory with many maps.
    - why not one scene for one map ?

    It looks like you can't shoot up at guard towers and they can't shoot down at you?

    And where can we buy that cool music? It sounds a lot like Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers.

    Hi.

    The player cant aim up or down, because of the target detection problem from 2d screen to 3d world in top down view. On the other side, the guard can shoot at the player, but he has to reach the position at the border of the tower to actually hit the player. In case the player or the guard or something else hits the tower it will loose health and be destroyed after a while.

    The music was used for the demo movie clip only and is not part of the asset. It was taken from Medal of Honor.

    Hi faraz and thanks for your comment. There are some similarities, but also a lot is quite different. However, the Unity Team did a great job with that package. I can imagine the effort, as i have been developed Isometric Shooter for about half a year now.

    Hi faraz. These features are really heavy and on the feature list for a longer time than i wanted them to be. At the moment i am not able to estimate when its done. All i can say is that i am working on it. I am sorry that i cannot tell you better news on that subject, but i have the feeling that once i will succeed :cool:.

    You may wonder what comes next:
    I made the decision of working solely on Multiplayer to get it done in due time.

    Progress so far:
    I made some little success starting a server, register it to master server and connect a client to the session. Well, that was not as difficult as i thought.

    Working on:
    Here comes the really difficult part - sharing all necessary information between server and all connected clients. Here i am struggling at the moment and try to find as much spare time for it as possible, besides - you know - a full time job and family (no excuse, just to explain why it takes so long).

    Hi.

    I am not knowing myself the Touch Freak at the moment, but i would assume that it is possible. The aiming has to be adjusted to work with touch controls, as it currently follows the mouse position and you can aim in a direction which is different to the walking direction.
